The Healing of Life, Soul and Karma in the Human Meeting

The healing forces of life, soul and karma are created in the new human meeting and community building, they are the future carrying forces of the second century of the age of Michael
What we just heard, the renewed Foundation Stone that was laid 100 years after the Christmas Foundation Conference, was formed because we felt, that after 100 years the only true answer, the reply of human beings to the call of Michael must be through the modern Christ revelation, that took place in the last century and continues today, because we are living today in a time, in which the second revelation is already happening for almost a century and will continue to happen for a long time. And all aspects of human knowledge, all aspects of human life, social life, and the new human meeting must become the chalice and place in which this revelation is taking place. And we saw yesterday, that the human meeting, if it is accomplished in this sense, in this spirit, is perhaps one of the best places, perhaps the best place to experience the new revelation of the etheric Christ, the spiritual revelation of the Christ in our time in the sense of ‘Where two or three or more are gathered in my name, there the I AM is in their midst’…
In the social-moral field we are lagging far behind. We are infinitely slow, while the technology is infinitely fast, running ahead with such tremendous acceleration. However, if we realize the new human meeting, we will realize that when two or three or more are coming together with the power of the I AM, this power of the I AM works exponentially among them, as fast, as strong, and accelerates human creativity as our technology is doing. This is our future vision. So, a few people who work in this way can achieve a lot in a short period of time, which is very different from what we know as the very slow, not to say retarded, going backward, non-development of our social capacities.
If we look at it concretely, we can say: when we meet in this way, the first thing that we will feel and experience, is the fact that the working of the life-forces, the energy of life, the rejuvenation of life, the healing of life in ourselves, in our friends and among us - is growing exponentially. This becomes also physical, it's not only etheric. It works into the physical bodies. People are really getting healthier. People – if they have this goal in life, and dedication and devotion to this truth, people can also live longer – if they dedicate their lives to this creation of new life. We become producers of new life-forces, that replace the old and dying forces. We create new life-forces in reality. Humans can produce new life-forces not only out of their own limited life-body, but from the life-body of the community, which is connected to the life-body of the sun becoming earth, that we call the earthly-human Sun, which is connected to the living body of the Christ, which is connected to the life-body of the cosmos. Life itself, the force of growth and development, becomes also a force of healing. Just the way that we meet, the way that we speak – our presence with each other- has a healing effect that grows more and more with time. And this will also be felt in the wider social field.
First, we have to experience the general flow of this new life, how it animates, rejuvenates, heals our own bodies, the bodies of our friends and community and we can apply it then, how it heals sick people, our children, the fearfully maltreated mother Earth, for nature as a whole.
The second awakening of new life between us occurs on the level of the soul. What is happening between soul and soul in this meeting? What is happening in the meeting of all the souls in this community, in this growing together of the souls with one another? It's also a healing – healing of the soul, healing of the souls, healing of the wound soul of the human community. We don’t need to say too much about the fact that humanity's soul, and our souls as individuals, have suffered, are suffering so much in recent history, that we are all in one way or another suffering from generally an imbalanced and weak soul constitution, and experience that the soul is falling apart all the time.
If we will become healers of the etheric and physical bodies of our communities and Earth, we can become also healers of the soul of each other. And communities like that will become places in which human souls will thrive, will heal themselves, will become creative, will experience this joy of development and growth, that is so rare in our time. What can flow from heart to heart, from soul to soul in our time is so much. There is so much love to go around, so much soul life to go around! We are living in the midst of the most generous, the most affluent spiritual source of love that humanity ever lived in – and we use so very little of it. We seem like people who are actually living in a land of living waters and are dying of thirst. People are surrounded by the best spirit food, the most nourishing spiritual food ever given to humanity and are dying of hunger, of soul hunger. Because we don’t dare to drink the water of life from the eternal fountain of life in our midst, and to nourish ourselves from this abundant soul elixir, that is all around us all the time, day and night!
Let us contemplate this fact: we live in the most spiritual time in the evolution of humanity, far surpassing all previous ages: the New Age of Light, that started at the end of the 19th century, provides the overall illumination and new connection to the spiritual world. This is the first thing; the New Age of Michael, that started at 1879 is the second major impulse. And then – from the thirties, forties of last century- the new appearance of the Christ in the etheric. Three of the strongest spiritual impulses of human evolution are now working together! This never happened before in human evolution. We are right there, already a century into this new spiritual age.
And what do we do? We complain, oh, it's all too dark! You are living in the New Age of Light already more than a century. You are living already more than a century in the Age of Michael, the most courageous fighter for freedom and love! And then, on top of this, you want to tell me that you don’t understand what love is, that there is no love in the world? But we live almost hundred years after the beginning of the Second Coming of Christ in the etheric, the spiritual second coming, the Christ that lives and works in human souls and in the Earth for 2000 years. A hundred years we live in His fullness of love, in the revelation of love, that was never given to humanity in such a way before, and you say: There is not enough love to go around? I don’t understand you – why would you say that? It's only the dark Ahriman, the spirit of lies. He is lying. He says: in the 19th century we entered a dark age – his age. He says that we have to be afraid for everything about our physical, soul and spiritual life. He is the Lord of lies and fear. We have to be ensured, we have to be protected, we have to work our souls out in order to survive physically, socially, economically. And then he says: it's not love, it's the survival of the fittest, the war of all against all that must prevail among human beings! And we believe him!
With all due respect – we have great respect for Ahriman, as he is a great cosmic spirit – but following him like means absolute death of humanity and the Earth. There is absolutely no necessity to believe him blindly like that and follow him. To understand him, to know him, respect him, to use his contribution to science and technology in physical life, this is what must be done. From him we get, what he can give us. But he cannot give us true human and spiritual life, spiritual courage and spiritual love. That's simply not his business. That's not what he is here for. So, we get from him the best that he can give us, and we get from Michael and the Christ what they can give us, and everybody is happy, indeed, everybody will be happy – apart from him. Because when this light and this love is developing among people, Ahriman is feeling that is like fire that burns him. The human warmth that we experience with one another when we experience these healing forces, Ahriman experiences this as burning destructive fire. He must run away; he must escape from this place. He cannot face it.
Therefore, we don’t have to be afraid of him. We don’t have to protect ourselves from him, because when you do the right thing, you are protected. And this light of the New Age of Light, this spiritual light and courage and wisdom that Michael is giving, this infinite power of love that the Christ is giving is more than enough to keep him away, to keep him in his place.
If we look at the healing forces of life that we create in our meetings, and the healing of the soul, that we can develop when we have this ability to connect heart and heart in such a clear and honest way, then we can understand that also spiritual healing is possible. And this has to do with the fact that we all carry our very complicated karma with one another. As evolution proceeds, we have more incarnations behind us than before. With each generation, with each century, people are born with more relationships, with more karma than in previous ages. And this is becoming more and more complicated because we know and interact with more people. And when this Age of Light is spreading it’s the light is all around us, we also can see better our karmic relationships, because our past is also coming to light and can become more visible in this light and transformed in this love.
And here something also totally new begins in human evolution that was never possible on the Earth before. We form our karma in life between death and rebirth and carry its consequences from the past life to the next life. But from our time begins the spiritual age in which we begin to do some of this work already here on the Earth. And this can change the way people relate to each other. It's no longer the force of moral commandment that leads us to do the right thing. It’s not Moses, that tell you what is right and wrong and how to do it and you have to follow it. In our time there is the grace of the freedom and love that is working, with which we can meet each other.
The spiritual healing of our karma can begin in this age and actually must begin in this age, because now the Christ is the power that leads this transformation, this healing of karma. And this begins already in life. We don’t have to wait until we die and say: Okay, we will settle our business when we die! We can begin to settle our balances, and our accounts now. I can meet my friend and through true self-knowledge and through the devotion to his higher being and knowing that the Cain in me really wants to kill him, I can say: not today! Mondays – no killing! Tuesday- killing allowed! I begin to consciously regulate my karma, overcoming the old karmic patterns and habits, bringing more freedom into it, letting actions spring from moral love, not anger and hatred.
This deep karmic instinct and impulse to take revenge, to hurt the other, we must no longer follow it. We can exchange it with something else. We are free to see it, to acknowledge it, to understand that it comes from our karma, and yet decide on a different course, to do something else instead. Yes, according to the law of karma I owe you this balance. You asked me to do it. I do it for you. We prepared all these things before birth in the spiritual world. It must work like that as long as we don’t choose to do something else – which we can do. Before our birth we sat together and you asked me: please, do it to me! I did it to you before. I must experience it. You know the story.
This works in us as an instinct, I killed you before, now, you know, you have to kill me. I asked you: kill me please – I want to experience what it means to be killed, to experience the pain I caused you. And through this experience of being killed I will learn not to kill in my next incarnations - maybe. Karma is a beautiful, divine law of balancing and learning responsibility, and take responsibility for your actions. The only problem here is that it is a bit slow, and it is working in the physical life in an unconscious way. It's the best invention of God until the God said: we have a better path for you now. But this path can only be found and realized in full consciousness.
Let's say that we can bring it to consciousness. I can see Cain in myself. I can see the impulse to kill you. I know you definitely deserve this. Of course, you wanted it. I am ready to give it to you – the pain that you want me to give to you… but it’s Monday!
Can we lift this karmic impulse from the deep unconscious instinct and transform it consciously? Can we transform it now, with one another, in such a way that the lesson that could have been learned through pain, will not be lost? The lesson that I would have learned through the pain that you inflict on me is the lesson of true love; it is necessary because I caused this pain to you and I want to experience this pain now to understand what it means to hurt people and develop my capacity to love people. Therefore, I must hurt you now, as a step on the path that leads to true love. I don’t want to be un-hurt now. But what can redeem this pain and transform it into healing love? Only the Christ power in our midst can do it, ‘not we, but the I AM in us’, as we showed above.
This is a great mystery that can only be uncovered and developed again and again through life, not in theory. And in the human meeting and the building of this community such healing of karma can begin to work out. What can take the place of the lesson of pain, that will have not only the same educational value moral value, that I need for my growth, but will also have an extra, added value that is more than the experience of pain. Communities that create the forces of life and soul healing, will become communities in which karma is also healed. And Rudolf Steiner said that the concern of Michael in his service of the Christ as the new ruler of karma, is, above all, the healing of karma of humanity. But this can only happen when human beings are doing it, and this can only take place in the new human meeting, described here.
